We are the new Italian Gelato company in Austin.
After the success of the Cannone Cucina Italiana, Salvatore wants to offer the best experience making the real traditional Italian Gelato.
We love to make it always fresh, only with fresh ingredients and without any preservatives.
How I got started
From Italy to Monaco to Austin, the passion for good food has always been with Salvatore. After the success of the Cannon Bar in Monaco, Salvatore moved to Austin for love.
In 2016 he ventures into the world of food trucks and opens the Cannone Cucina Italiana food trailer, soon becoming a point of reference for the Italian food lovers.
Now he wants to offer the best experience possible making the traditional Italian Gelato. Come and try!
Our Gelato
We produce our gelato every day, in our brand-new, beautiful shop on wheels.
Over 70% of the creams-based gelato is made from fresh milk and cream, to which we add the sugars and the the best ingredients that make-up the various flavors, like chocolate, Italian hazelnut paste, Italian pistachio paste and many many other flavors.
Our sorbets are made of water, fresh fruits and sugar. They are 100% dairy-free and vegan! No fat!

You can find us at our food truck at the PICNIC food park in Barton Springs Road,
or you can find us around Austin with our beautiful Gelato Bikes!
Catering -- Bring our famous gelato bicycle to your next event to really wow your guests!
You can choose 6 Flavors of Cream based Gelato and/or Sorbet (dairy free).
The Gelato Bicycle does not require any power or water pumps/plugs. This is ideal for outdoor events, but can set up indoors, if the entrance is large enough.
An attendant from Cannone Gelato will scoop for your group on-site for up to 2 hours. Staff will arrive 30 minutes prior to your chosen delivery time to set up.
